VINCORION is a leading international technology company in the defense and security sector, specializing in electric power and drive systems. Our customers and end users have trusted our rugged, high-performance products for decades to support their mission-critical operations. We serve the core segments of Vehicle Systems, Power Systems, and Aviation, and therefore have a strong presence in the most important defense and selected civilian markets. We supply key components for leading military and civilian platforms, such as Leopard 2, PUMA, IRIS-T, H145, and NH90. Approximately 900 highly qualified employees develop and manufacture our solutions at three locations in Germany and one location in the USA.
Everyone deserves to be safe. This conviction has been driving us for decades. Our roots stretch back to the founding of AEG and its Wedel site in the 1950s. Later, the company became known as ESW Systems Wedel and Lechmotoren Altenstadt. With over 70 years of innovation behind us, we continue to shape the future of energy solutions for mission-critical applications – from hybrid power systems and smart microgrids to technologies for military and civilian aviation and emergency response.
We are pioneers in advanced electric drive systems that ensure the highest levels of precision and reliability in rescue hoists and the stabilization of military weapon systems. Our hybrid power systems and smart microgrids are defining the future of military power supply and delivering tactical advantages in the field. Through our technologies, we provide emergency and rescue services with reliable, resilient, and sustainable solutions for a safe life.
